El punto de partida
The resort was running on a patchwork — spreadsheets for occupancy, separate apps for the booking channels, a group chat for activities and nobody looking at reviews until a guest complained. The brief was one screen that told the truth about the business today.
Koh Mak Collective is that screen: a custom operations dashboard that tracks occupancy and guest engagement over time, keeps a shared calendar across booking channels, internal use, wellness, creative and media activities, and pulls reviews and mentions from Instagram, TripAdvisor and Facebook into a single social feed.

Cómo se hizo
Built agent-assisted end to end. The stay builder shipped with its own coding session visible beside it — date-range logic, activity checkboxes, combo discounts, live price and the WhatsApp checkout handoff were written, tested and deployed in one continuous session with an AI agent, spec-driven and close to the code.
Dónde quedó
One control centre instead of four tools. The guest side now turns browsing into a priced package and a conversation, and the team reads reputation and occupancy in the same place they plan the season.
