El punto de partida
th3lab (studio.amlkr.com) is the compound SaaS platform underneath the whole practice. It is the same infrastructure that powers Koh Mak Collective's dashboard, the Studio Shop and the client-facing tools — instead of rebuilding auth, storage, model access and queues per project.
It bundles video analysis, AI image generation and an orchestrating AI agent behind one dashboard, offered on a tiered subscription model, so capacity is priced and predictable rather than an API bill nobody owns.

Cómo se hizo
Built as internal infrastructure first and product second: a tool only gets promoted to the platform once two projects depend on it. That keeps the surface small and stops the platform from becoming a museum of experiments.

The studio ships client platforms without re-cutting the foundation each time — which is what makes one-person delivery realistic.
